Krishikranti OXYGO SUPER is a selective pre-emergence herbicide containing Oxyfluorfen 23.5% EC, used to control broadleaf weeds and annual grasses in onion, garlic, cotton, soybean, and direct-seeded rice. Sprayed within 0–3 days of sowing or transplanting, it forms a herbicidal film at the soil surface and stops weed seedlings before they emerge keeping the crop clean during the critical first 30–40 days. Oxyfluorfen is a PPO-inhibitor herbicide (HRAC Group 14) that blocks the protoporphyrinogen oxidase enzyme in germinating weeds. In sunlight, this triggers rapid membrane peroxidation weed seedlings desiccate and die within 24–72 hours of emergence.
