Krishikranti Metarhizium anisopliae is a naturally occurring entomopathogenic fungus used as a biological insecticide for soil and sucking pest control. Krishikranti's liquid formulation contains 2×10⁸ CFU per ml — high-potency, lab-tested, and approved for organic farming and IPM programs.
When Metarhizium spores contact an insect, they penetrate the cuticle, grow inside the pest, and cause muscardine disease killing it within 5–7 days. Dead infected pests release fresh spores into soil, creating a secondary cycle of control that chemical pesticides cannot replicate.
