How to Apply Trichoderma Viride
1. Seed Treatment
Use 8–10 g per kg of seed. Mix with water to make a slurry, coat seeds evenly, dry in shade, and sow within 24 hours. Do not mix with chemical fungicide-treated seeds.
2. Soil Application
Mix 2.5 kg per acre with 50–100 kg of well-decomposed FYM or vermicompost. Keep the mixture moist, cover with a wet sack, and incubate in shade for 7 days before broadcasting at sowing or transplanting.
3. Seedling Root Dip
Dissolve 10 g per litre of water. Dip seedling roots for 20–30 minutes before transplanting. Best for tomato, chilli, brinjal, and capsicum nurseries.
