Krishikranti Manganese (Mn) 12% EDTA is a 100% water-soluble chelated manganese micronutrient fertilizer. It corrects manganese deficiency in all crops vegetables, fruits, field crops, cereals, and horticultural crops.
Manganese in EDTA-chelated form is absorbed directly by plants through leaves and roots. It is effective across pH 4 to 7, including high-pH and organic soils where manganese gets oxidised and locked. Suitable for foliar spray, drip irrigation, and soil application.

Manganese Deficiency in Crops How to Identify
Manganese deficiency appears first on the youngest new leaves — not on old leaves. New leaves show yellowing between the veins (interveinal chlorosis) while the veins stay green. In wheat, it shows as grey oval spots on young leaves this is known as grey speck disease, a crop-specific symptom unique to manganese deficiency.
Manganese is immobile in plants. Once deposited in a leaf, it cannot move to newer tissue. This is why deficiency always targets the newest growth first the plant cannot redistribute manganese from older leaves.

How to Use Krishikranti Mn EDTA 12%
For Foliar Spray:
- Dissolve 0.5–1 g of Mn EDTA 12% in 1 litre of clean water. Stir until fully dissolved no undissolved particles remain.
- Spray in early morning (before 9 AM) or late evening (after 5 PM) avoid spraying in strong midday heat to prevent rapid evaporation and reduced absorption.
- Cover both upper and lower leaf surfaces stomata on the underside improve nutrient absorption speed.
- For wheat showing grey speck: spray at the 2–4 leaf stage and repeat at tillering if needed.
- Do not spray before expected rainfall product washes off before absorption is complete.
- Visible improvement in leaf colour is typically observed within 7–14 days of first foliar spray.
For Drip Irrigation / Fertigation:
- Dissolve 300–500 g per acre fully in a small quantity of water before adding to the main fertigation tank.
- Inject through the fertigation unit during the regular irrigation cycle — do not mix directly into the drip header tank undissolved.
- Flush drip lines with plain water for 10–15 minutes after Mn EDTA application to prevent any residue in emitters.
- Apply at vegetative stage for prevention. Apply immediately on first deficiency symptoms for correction.
