A good chilli spray schedule covers four stages: root development, balanced nutrition, growth regulation, and pest control. Following this program from transplanting to fruiting improves root strength, flowering, fruit size, and final yield.
Chilli Spray Schedule: Day-Wise Program
This schedule starts from transplanting (Day 1) and runs through Day 30. Adjust timing slightly based on local weather and crop stage.

Stage 1: Root Development
Strong roots at transplanting set up the whole crop. Apply Humiroot (Humic + Fulvic Acid 98%) at 1 kg per acre as a soil application at transplanting. Humic and fulvic acids improve root branching and help the plant establish faster in the field.
Stage 2: Balanced Nutrition (Day 15 & Day 30)
Chilli needs steady nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium through the vegetative stage, along with micronutrients for chlorophyll and enzyme function. Spray NPK 19:19:19 at 1 kg per acre combined with Micronutrient Mix at 1% (100 g per acre), repeated on Day 15 and Day 30.
Stage 3: Growth Regulation (Day 20)
Around Day 20, as the crop moves toward flowering, spray Triacontanol 0.1% EW at 1.25 ml per litre of water. Triacontanol boosts photosynthesis and supports better flowering and fruit set in chilli.
Stage 4: Pest Control
Chilli is prone to sucking pests like thrips, aphids, and mites through the vegetative and flowering stages. For low to moderate pressure, spray Neem Oil at 200 ml per acre. For higher pest pressure, switch to Imidacloprid 30.5% SC at 100 ml per acre for stronger sucking pest control.
